Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. DEGABRIEL offers free standard shipping worldwide to all available destinations.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the destination. Standard shipping takes approximately 2–4 business days in Spain, 2–5 business days in Europe and 3–6 business days for international orders. Express shipping is also available at checkout.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. Express shipping is available at checkout. The cost and estimated delivery time will depend on your destination.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
All shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes and other charges associated with the delivery of an order are covered by DEGABRIEL.
The Customer will not be required to pay additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. For orders received during December, the return period is extended until 9 January of the following year.
How do I request a return?
To start a return, please contact us at info@degabrielstudio.com before the return period expires. We will provide you with the relevant return instructions.
How much does a return cost?
Return costs depend on your location. Returns are free in Spain, €15 within the EU, €25 in the UK, €35 in the US and €35 for other countries outside the EU. These costs will be deducted from your refund.
REFUND
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned Product, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be received, inspected and the refund processed.
Will the return cost be deducted from my refund?
Yes. Return fees are as follows:
Spain: Free
European Union: €15
United Kingdom: €25
United States: €35
Other countries outside the EU: €35
These costs will be deducted from your refund. Where applicable, customs duties, import taxes, or any other charges associated with an international return will also be deducted from the refunded amount.
